Complete Wedding Planning

Our Complete Wedding Planning package is just that, complete support, guidance and service from the day you start planning your wedding until the day itself. This comprehensive package has everything you need to ensure your wedding day is a success. Our complete package is to help minimise the stress and complications of planning a wedding all on your own. Our specialised team will ensure every detail is covered and checked throughout the process of planning your wedding.

Our Complete Wedding Planning package includes:

‐ All inclusive ‐ as little or as much assistance as required

‐ Initial consultation: size, style, budget of wedding

‐ Recommendation of venues, suppliers etc.

‐ Consultation by phone and email 

‐ Face to face meetings 

‐ Main point of contact for vendors

‐ Management of all contracts, bookings etc.

‐ Development of running sheet, suppliers contact list etc and disbursement to all vendors

‐ Assistance with menu, seating plan etc.

‐ Attendance at rehearsal 

‐ Attendance on the day - 10 hours coverage (additional hours will incur a fee)

'On the Day' Coordination

Our On the Day Package is for the couple that has done most of the booking and planning themselves, but wants the peace of mind on the wedding day that someone else will be looking after all their important plans. The roll of the wedding coordinator on your wedding day is to ensure vendors are on time and running to schedule and the day is flowing just as it should be.

Our 'On the Day' Coordination Package includes:

-      8 hour coverage

-      Pre-wedding consultation 1 month prior to wedding

-       Phone and email contact

-       Rehearsal attendance 

-       Ensure vendors are on time and running to schedule

-       Ensure everything is set up and displayed to the couples specifications 

-       In collaboration with celebrant, ensure Ceremony runs on time and to schedule

-       Assist photographer in gathering people for family photos etc.

-       Work with venue/caterer to make sure everything to is on time and running on schedule

-       Ensure bridal party is on schedule throughout the day and in the correct place when needed

-       Disbursement of any on the day payments- hairdresser, make up artist etc.

-       In collaboration with Master of Ceremonies, ensure reception is running to schedule

Here at Ivory Lane we understand planning a wedding is exciting and fun, however, can be overwhelming too!
