Welcome to this weeks addition of Sunday Styling.
Today I am so excited to bring you an amazing bridal boutique, Bohemian Brides. "The Bohemian Brides vision is to open the minds of young and fashion conscience brides by offering an alternative, modern, fresh and new approach to bridal wear and accessories." Bohemian Brides is based on the sunny Gold Coast and has an absolutely beautiful range of stunning gowns fit for every bride AND every budget. With bridal gowns starting from a tiny $320.00 everyone is sure to find the perfect dress. I was alerted to Bohemian Brides by a student of mine and fell in love. "Our focus is to offer a diverse range of bridal, bridesmaid and evening gowns as well as accessories that reflect current fashion and steer away from traditional bridal trends." And they do just this, Bohemian Brides stocks a range of gowns from designers such as Pia Gladys Perry, Wtoo, Willow Hastings and Watters. You are sure to find something that tickles your fancy in the four walls of Bohemian Brides. Another bonus for those of you who do not live on the Gold Coast is that their website is also a point of contact to order you favourite dress! However, Bohemian Brides is well worth the trip to the GC. Take your mum, bridesmaids and friends, make a weekend of it, you won't regret it. (But please make sure to reserve an appointment!) Please enjoy Bohemian Brides and their delicious dresses below and check out their website here: http://bohemianbrides.com.au Happy Shopping! Jane xoxo

I have been a bit slack on the blogging front lately! We have not long finished a busy wedding season and am in the midst of making exciting plans for our brides at the end of this year and well into 2016! As the temperature slowly drops here in Tamworth and the trees start to change to stunning shades of orange and red, I became inspired to look into Winter Wedding trends. We do not have many clients that marry during the cooler months, but I believe we are missing fantastic opportunities to capture amazing images and create cosy vibes during autumn and winter. The added bonus is some venues will give you discounts for booking your wedding with them during winter! Deep plums and shades of pink are popular for winter weddings, as well as ice blues and of course the traditional white. Having snow covered fields as a backdrop look AMAZING for wedding photos and it will give you a point of difference in the years to come! Some looks are dramatic and encapsulate those rich colours of winter (reds, navy, black, purple) and others are simplistic and neutral which fit in with the surroundings and the cool qualities of winter such as snow! Pinecones get a big mention, these look fabulous being used as place card holders and bonbonnieres. Brides usually team their dress with a luxurious fur coat or throw, bouquets are full of pale green and either white or plum coloured flowers, Grooms can safely pull off a black tuxedo without worrying black will be too 'heavy' amongst other colours. The list goes on….. Please check out our Winter Wonderland mood board below. This displays only a few of the options available. I have chosen to follow the deep plum colours teamed with soft pinks and white, however check out our Pinterest board (link below) where we have compiled some cute winter wedding trends.
